Refund Eligibility

We want you to have a fair chance to evaluate Natural Write AI. If you purchased a plan and decide it is not the right fit, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.

To qualify, your account must show limited usage. Requests may be denied if you have already consumed a meaningful amount of credits, generated content, or otherwise used the service in a way that indicates the purchase has been substantially consumed.

Credit Usage Limitation

Refunds are generally not available once credits, trial words, or subscription usage have been consumed beyond a small evaluation amount. Because Natural Write AI is a usage-based service, completed processing, active credit consumption, or repeated workflow execution may make a purchase non-refundable.

If you are unsure whether your usage still qualifies, contact us before submitting a refund request and we will review it manually.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email our support team with:

• The email address associated with your account.
• The order or transaction details.
• A brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund.

We review refund requests manually and may ask for additional information if needed.

Subscription Cancellation

If your purchase includes a subscription, you should cancel the subscription after submitting your refund request to avoid the next billing cycle. A cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund, and a refund request does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Non-Refundable Items

Unless required by law, the following are typically not refundable:

• Fees for already consumed credits or used trial words.
• Charges that have been processed after the refund window.
• Taxes, payment processor fees, or other third-party charges where applicable.
• Accounts flagged for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

Review Process

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on the payment provider and your bank.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside this policy or that appear to involve excessive usage, abuse, or chargeback risk.
